Amazing experience with Alex. We

We had a new HVAC installed 2/28. It has required a few adjustments since installation but seems to be working fine now. When I called for service they were very prompt in getting a service guy out to me. Alex was the last one and he got it working fine. I

This was my first time calling AAA for their services. All I can say is that I am completely blown away. Alex did an amazing job! He was professional, kind, courteous and very attentive of my concerns with my HVAC unit. He also quickly found and fixed the reason why my unit was making so much noise! While he was looking my unit he did a really great job at explaining/showing what he was doing and why he was doing it. If you ever have any heating and air needs, I 100% recommend Alex!

David Nickel from AAA Heating and Air did a great job on my HVAC maintenance appointment. The outside rain did not affect his work at all. I tried to use an umbrella to help him stay away from the rain, but it is not an easy thing to do under the working environment. On the other hand, before he started to clean my outside AC unit, he warned me to stay away from there to avoid getting hurt. What a great guy! Thank you.

I have been a customer of triple A heating and air for 22 years now and the service has always been excellent. I purchased a new unit a couple years ago and upon having regular maintenance service this year experienced a problem but the technicians were right out to take care of the problem with no questions asked. Had the pleasure of speaking with the owner Mr. Finley and he was very professional and concerned with my service and explained everything in detail and made sure I had been taken care of. I am in the process of getting a mini split quote for my upstairs from triple A because of the experience of their technicians and their service. I was experiencing a clicking noise whenever I turned the heat on. I called AAA to see if they could help me determine the source of the noise and stop the clicking. They were able to schedule an appointment for the same afternoon. Carl determined the cause of the clicking and stabilized the duct inside the wall with no problem. I highly recommend the services provided by AAA Heating & Air.
