The staff including Office: Christina and office manager, Dana, Sales: Travis, Repairs and Supervisor Rusty are professional and very knowledgeable from beginning to the end of service. Confused why website says “no service call charge” however for Freon I paid $199 service call fee plus charges for Freon. Should have been told when I called that was going to happen.

I did a review earlier stating the walls around the unit inside my house was left dirty by the installer. The guy who did the follow up inspection, apologized, cleaned the walls and made arrangements for the installer to return to install the missing filter. My wife had questions about the billing. She called and spoke with Cathy who sounded irritated and short but Joey explained and resolved the issue in a nice and respectful manner.

The outside work area looked good but the installer left the walls inside the house dirty around the unit. Two days after instillation, the guy who did the follow up inspection, apologized, cleaned the walls and made arrangements for the installer to return the same day to redo piping to access filter compartment and install the missing filter. My wife had questions about the billing. She called and spoke with Cathy who sounded irritated and short but Joey explained and resolved the issue in a nice and respectful manner. Four days after instillation, I texted the installer to let him know the pipe was dripping water. Seven days after instillation, the installer returned to repair pipe and stop the dripping. I had to have the installer to return because the pipe protruded too much to where the door hit it as it closes. The installer came back and pushed the unit back a little.

This is a wonderful company to work with every time I've called they got out here within the next day. They are very helpful and friendly never had a problem I would recommend them to anybody And they also have great financing available I saved $200 a month on my bill last year! The new unit has paid for itself and then some.
