"TRAVIS" , A SERVICE TECHNICIAN W/ "AAA" HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING SERVICE, KEPT IN TOUCH WITH HIS SERVICE MANAGER (JOEY), AND HE REALIZED THAT THE PANDEMIC HAD NOT GIVEN THIS CUSTOMER THE RIGHT SERVICE FOR THE PRICE HE PAID " PRE- PANDEMIC", SO, HE STEPPED UP TO THE PLATE AND DID THE RIGHT THING. HE TOOK LEAD AND, HE GOT THIS CUSTOMER THE RIGHT SERVICE FROM THE SYSTEM HE BOUGHT FROM "AAA" HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING SERVICE, LESS THAN 2 YEARS AGO. THEY, (THE SERVICE MANAGER AND TECHNICIAN) DID THE RIGHT THING FOR THIS SAME CUSTOMER, THE SERVICE MANAGER, CAME THROUGH, AND FIXED THE SYSTEM THE RIGHT WAY.
