Want to say that they do a good job. Love the fact that I can have the same person to come check my heat and air every 6 months. It is a family owned business and have the best prices, excellent parts and the best warranty in the state of South Carolina. I highly recommend them over all other companies.

Brian was very knowledgeable and professional. He even showed me some things that I wasn't aware of with my unit. I decided to plan ahead and get my unit serviced for the winter also. I hope they send Brian again but I'm sure everyone at AAA Heating and Air air knowledgeable and professional judging from the ease of setting up the appointment and the timely manner that Brian showed up. He was even early!! It took 4 days for the internet guy to come to my home eventhough they set the initial appointment time!!!

Excellent customer service. Ordered a mini split unit on Thursday and it was installed the next day (Friday). Their QA team member arrived on Monday three days after the install to inspect the installation and do another maintenance check on the unit. Everything is working as it should. I’ve decided to use AAA to perform semiannual inspections on all three of my units. Thank you for your service and support.

The technician, Shaun, was excellent in communicating on his procedures and what he was going to perform before he started. His expertise was dynamic and his customer service was above and beyond the norm. My family was very pleased with his warm personality and he didn’t disrupt the flow at own home. AAA Heating & Air's Electrical Division replaced broken light fixtures, and installed new GFCI outlets in my kitchen as the old ones would constantly flip and go offline which would kill the entire circuit. Now, I have sufficient light, and reliable outlets. Jacob was on time, worked quickly, and behaved professionally. What more could I possibly ask for. Thank you AAA Heating & Air...!!!

Samantha in the office was fantastic. She prioritized our needs and was able to get us service on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. Was not expecting that. Our technicians name was Rock. He had been very busy before us but still took the time to go above and beyond to make sure all was right on the A/C system. We are extremely satisfied. Kudos to AAA for having the right talent in the right positions.

The technician was very professional and informative. He was the best one that we have had. I want him to be our technician Ifrom now on!! I do need help with the code for the thermostat. The only way we can use it is with my phone. We need to be able to use the thermostat itself. On 19 May 2026 Austin came out to consult on some electrical issues I'd been having. The electrical service was recommended by George (HVAC) the week prior. I did not know AAA had Electrical Service, and it was so fantastic that George scheduled the consult right then and there. Back to Austin. Austin was truly professional, very personable, and extremely knowledgeable. He knew exactly what to trouble shoot and provided me easy to understand resolutions and a complete estimate for repairs. I ask alot of questions as I want to understand, so in the future I know what to do. Austin was so kind to fully explain everything. Austin was a pleasure to chit chat with and displayed a maturity and confidence not often seen in someone his age. We found we had the military in common and I'm sure I kept him talking longer than I should have. I apologize if I delayed him. As with George and Daniel last week, I was impressed with not only the expertise, but the cordialness of AAA technicians. We purchased a new unit back in July 2023 and couldn't be more satisfied with AAA. Every person we have come in contact with has been very professional and quick to serve us. Honestly, the best service I’ve ever experienced. Well informative and really quick. Before calling this company, we contacted Cassell Brothers. Never again will I call Cassell Brothers. They charged me 1,000 dollars for something that costs 80bucks. The guys here with AAA were very helpful and ethical. Highly recommend for great service, fast results, and with a lot of knowledge about everything! In my mind, these guys can do it all!
