This review is based solely on the customer service, as I’m still on the fence about whether I’ll repair or replace. I filled out the online form, and Kim was the first person to reach out to get everything set up. She was absolutely amazing and a pleasure to talk with. Sam Freeman then came to the house, gathered all the necessary information, and provided the quote. Sam was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable, and knew the answers to most of the questions I asked. He was thorough, professional, and did a great job. As far as pricing goes, I can’t really comment yet since this is my first quote. But one thing I can say for sure is that they have old-school customer service down pat—and that was refreshing. Follow up- I did not go with them and I am still leaving a decent review for the sales guy. However, to the people above him, I don't need 10 follow up used car salesman tactics. Your price was the highest, you made it clear that you wanted only my business if only I was doing a full replacement. My furnace was fine and still under warranty, when I asked for you to resubmit a quote for just AC, I see that you didnt want to play anymore. But your sales guy Mr Freeman still followed up, and understood and respected my decision. So AAA must only want full jobs only. Also, read the small print on the 15 year warranty. A lot of loop holes for sure.

What an amazing experience and it started with Jenny taking my phone call and doing whatever she could to help and get a tech out to my home. Alex came the next day, confirmed that I just needed to clean my pump pan and sold me a very affordable maintenance contract. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend AAA to anyone who is looking for a reliable, friendly professional Air/Heating company.

Alex was the absolutely best. He went above and beyond with professionalism to make sure my house was cool...he gets 1000/10 hands down. This company is the absolute best.

I can say it was a pleasure meeting Mr chuck and Mr Carl! They really represent the AAA heat and air company. They were very professional they answered any that we had. Mr chuck did everything in his will and power to accommodate what we were trying to do. The conversations were very professional and very productive and pleasant. I’m glad I decided to go with them. And yes I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends!!!

Our experience with Wassif and his helpers was absolutely amazing. He was thorough in his review our system and extremely knowledgeable about what was urgent in the way of repairs and what could wait. We are overally satisfied with his work and attention to detail. Out unit is performing much better than before he was able to help. We look forward to working with Wassif in the very near future for the remainder of the repairs needed. Thanks to Wassif I think we may just survive this brutal summer heat.

Everyone was fantastic. It all started with speaking to Samantha, so pleasant and courteous. Then Chuck came out to measure and find the perfect unit for our needs, very professional and accommodating. The installation was great, Carl had Hunter did an excellent job in the 100 degree heat. Roland came out the next day to inspect the work, friendly and patient with answers to all our questions. A truly professional team. Would recommend AAA to anyone.

I can't say enough great things about AAA Heating & Air. From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. The level of professionalism, communication, and quality of work exceeded all of my expectations. A special thank you to Charles, the technician, who was absolutely phenomenal. He was punctual, knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to explain everything. It's clear that he genuinely cares about his customers and takes great pride in his work. His honesty and attention to detail gave me complete confidence that I was in the best hands. I've had my own experiences with the "I got a guy" and the "I just do it on the side" guys. I will never trust anyone with my HVAC other than AAA again. Ripping out and replacing everything is not cheap by any means, but it was worth the price. If financing is a worry, they have some great financing options available and can work with just about anyone. The installation team was also impressive. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated my home with the utmost respect. Their professionalism, craftsmanship, and teamwork were evident throughout the entire installation process. In less than 5 hours, they had everything ripped out, replaced and cleaned up. They left everything spotless and made sure the system was operating perfectly before they left. If you're looking for an HVAC company that truly values customer service and delivers exceptional workmanship, I highly recommend AAA Heating & Air. From the initial meeting with Charles all the way to the final inspection, AAA made what could have been a stressful experience completely seamless. I couldn't be happier with the results and will definitely recommend them to family and friends. Five stars all the way!

I would like to thank the entire staff of AAA. They were able to work us into their busy weekend service calls. And the cherry onto was the kind and professional workmanship of Mr. Jeff Baker. He made sure to check every part of the inside unit and outside unit, to insure that we would be comfortable during this record heatwave. If you had any doubts about AAA before, let this be testament to a company that goes above and beyond for their clients.

I just wanted to let everyone know that Shannon was probably the best person I have ever seen in the field. Most first time techs to a customer given estimates seems like a salesperson. Shannon came in and evaluated the situation and gave down to earth explanations with transparency on pricing every step of the way. He was not pushy and had high esteem about the team behind him. I like that he didnt make it self-centered and that this company is a family/team with their customer's best interests in mind. This is rare in 2026, so thank you all with a special nod to Shannon!

I cannot speak about all there technicians, but Shannon was a breath of fresh air. After reaching out to another local company, we felt something was off, so we decided to opt for a second opinion. Within 15 minutes, Shannon was able to determine the issue and was very transparent about cost, time and expectations. He was also down to earth and was not pushing anything, just the facts. I found that to be very honest. I wish we would have call them first. Thanks team!

We had Sammy come out and do our consultation and give us an estimate. He was incredibly honest kind and hospitable to us and this company has been awesome from start to finish. Sammy has been available to answer all our questions from the beginning. On a tight budget we still got an incredible deal for a brand new heating and air total system. Vincent and Jarvis were our installation technicians and we are so impressed by their work and couldn’t recommend them enough as well, they were so efficient and communicative and kind. The fact they made this 1905 built house have a brand new functioning and awesome hvac vent and duct and all in 1 day ! Also I will say the staff in the office I’ve spoken to on the phone has been very kind and helpful. This whole company and its customer service is a 10/10!!!
