Jonathan was my tech today performing a maintenance check on my unit that I purchased Nov last year. Total professional and very courteous. As a member of the comfort club AAA offers, they called me to remind me that it was time to schedule my service which is a great piece of mind. Unit has been great and glad I made the decision to go with AAA a year ago for a new unit.

AAA needs to change their name to "Absolute Honesty" these are unquestionably the most honest, polite, respectful & friendly people you could ever hope to meet. If you don't need it, they do not try to sell it to you. They go out of their way to keep the cost down as much as possible. That also means if they're telling you it needs to be done, then trust that it honestly does need to be done. The owner is a truly good person & a very honest man. His employees are equally good & honest people. You will never be in a position of having someone that doesn't know what they're doing, all of these guys are scary smart. I'm a former Network Engineer & after being around these guys, I now understand what other people felt like talking to me. I get the blank, cow looking at an on coming train facial expression now. Your only regret will be not using AAA,. They serviced the crappy HVAC system that the "builder" (I use that term lightly) installed when the house was built. Of course it was absolutely the wrong size etc for the house & never worked right. In 2021 we had AAA replace our entire system & we also have them do the scheduled maintenance as well. This new system works so awesome we can keep it on 76 & still be cold. (That of course means it's running less which saves money). This has been a zero problem system as well.

Let me start by saying I have been a AAA Customer from the start of this business. Roy and Dana, their family and staff have worked so HARD to build this business to what it is today. Once again I needed a new unit, I have 4 by the way, they came out on the 4th of July and busted their tales to get us back up and running. We have referred many of our own customers and family and friends to AAA HEATING AND AIR. Every single one says how pleased they are with their service. Today August 15,2024, AAA did it again. David came out and did a great job. He went above and beyond in finding the problem with had with the unbelievable moisture problem we were having in our home and had no idea why. We thought there was a problem with our AC or duct work might have come loose. He checked our AC, went under the house and checked all the ducts. He continued to search and check until he found the problem. He then took pictures, showed me the exact location and what the problem was. Explained what needed to be done pointed me in the right direction to get it properly fixed. I am so grateful to have a company like AAA and David to turn to when I need fast help and expert advice and experience without the extreme price. This company is fair priced, has trained experts to help its customers all year round. Thanks AAA and David for keeping my family comfortable and safe. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

AAA is a very good company and I would definitely recommend them to anyone that's considering getting an AC unit. From the office staff to the technicians they are very pleasant and helpful and they always get back with you right away. Technicians Ray and Alex came out to fix a situation with our unit and they were very professional and very knowledgeable and they figured out what the problem was and fixed it right away. Whether you need a new unit, or need a existing unit checked out and repaired AAA is the company to call.

Carl came out and corrected past installation issues (that I was informed of today) with my 4 year old HVAC unit. He was prompt, efficient, and an awesome troubleshooter. He effectively communicated issues and answered my questions regarding my A/C and cooling efficiency. He was professional, patient and kind. A lightening strike fried the control panel of my a/c unit. After several mishaps, AAA got it up and running. They fit me into their already crammed schedule as they knew the heat index was going to be 100+ degrees. Special thanks to Brian, Johnathan, Kayla and Travis for being so patient with my frazzled nerves. I am so grateful!! A special shout out to Raymond Reed. He found the underlying problem and stayed at the house to ensure the unit was going to continue running. He was so kind and reassuring. Excellent service!!

Had an issue on an inspection for a repair and estimate. Travis with their service department reached out and made it right. I respect a company that acknowledges any missteps and works to make the customer satisfied.

Alex arrived on time to do routine maintenance. He was very polite as he listened to my concerns and explained everything in terms that I could understand. I feel that the job was done correctly. I came away with knowledge of all issues that need addressed and how to solve them.

Our down stairs air condition went out and we called AAA and They sent Travis out to give us a quote the next morning. Travis explained everything and a couple days later the technicians came out and professionally installed our new split system. 2 Days later the manager came out to make sure everything was done correctly. Everybody was professional and everything was done professionally. We're very please and more comfortable than we've ever been. The price was great and we recommend AAA for all your heating and air condition problems!!!

I had an AWESOME experience with this company from the phone call requesting assistance until the very end. The Tech did an excellent job keeping me informed on updates as it was happening.
