Alex arrived on time to do routine maintenance. He was very polite as he listened to my concerns and explained everything in terms that I could understand. I feel that the job was done correctly. I came away with knowledge of all issues that need addressed and how to solve them.

Our down stairs air condition went out and we called AAA and They sent Travis out to give us a quote the next morning. Travis explained everything and a couple days later the technicians came out and professionally installed our new split system. 2 Days later the manager came out to make sure everything was done correctly. Everybody was professional and everything was done professionally. We're very please and more comfortable than we've ever been. The price was great and we recommend AAA for all your heating and air condition problems!!!

I had an AWESOME experience with this company from the phone call requesting assistance until the very end. The Tech did an excellent job keeping me informed on updates as it was happening. Even though I think we was done wrong with the 15 year warranty I will still have AAA do the service and repair on my unit. Alex the service man explained everything better than the last service man and the man that installed our unit. So with all the explaining about the warranty and the cost break on the repair we will ask for Alex when we call for any repairs. Only gave 5 stars because the repair man was helpful with our questions and had our ac unit up and going fast.

Today I received the best customer service I have ever experienced! I am beyond satisfied with the support that Danny provided with my heat pump/breaker issue. I would highly recommend him for a pay raise or promotion for his knowledge, wisdom and excellent customer service. Thank you!

The staff is friendly, polite and professional. In particular Alex Thoman the technician who worked on my A/C unit contacted me shortly before arriving. He was very cordial and professional, diagnosing the problem and advising me of the solution & cost. With my approval he ordered the part & returned to install it. Once installed he checked the unit making sure everything was running correctly. This is by far the best company I have worked with for Heating & A/C.

Just switched to AAA Heating and Air. The company I have been using for years has gone downhill. Everyone I've encountered at AAA has been very pleasant and knowledgeable. The repair I needed was addressed quickly and reasonably. A very pleasant experience.

Alex was very professional came when expected did more than expected, and we were very pleased with the outcome of our situation. Trevor came and did our servicing. He was thorough and good. I've always appreciated that AAA gives good advice and the best price on things.

With a house at 84 degrees, AAA came to fix it at five o'clock. When the next morning, there was no change. I called and within hours, not only was it fixed, but multiple phone calls to us was made to make sure the unit was working. A big shout out to one of the best technicians there is (Ray). He was so polite and the determination to make sure the unit was cooling before he left. I would recommend AAA to anyone!!!

David always does a great job and I appreciate him always saying hello and checking in with me when he gets here and before he leaves. He also takes a minute to say hi to my 3 dogs. They are not uncomfortable around him but they know him and if he has a minute he will even throw them a toy to run and get. I know I never have to worry about him and the dogs being outside at the same time. Thanks for having reliable and friendly people working in your company. It truly makes a difference when AAA says Family, they actually mean it.

I recently had the pleasure of working with AAA Heating & Air Company because of a leak to my outside AC unit. The technician that came and inspected the unit was David N. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and took time to explain the issue with unit. The items needed were ordered and the work was completed soon thereafter.
