The service rep explained everything to us to our satisfaction. The installers were professional and were respectful of our property. They finished ahead of when they said they would be through. After the installation, the system ran so quiet that I kept asking my husband, is it working? It was such a good experience. I will be glad to recommend AAA HTG & Air to everyone.

A unit check up was scheduled today at 9 a.m., and a technician named Mark was prompt an extremely courteous. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and gave me some tips as to how to make sure that my unit was being properly used. I have already recommended AAA heating to a co-worker. Mark rocks!!!

We approached replacement of both our HVAC systems with some apprehension, having had difficulties with repairs and getting informative bids from other companies for the past several years. We saw the AAA ads, read the reviews, and asked for an estimate. C.J. Hall gave us a clearly written, detailed quote for two 16 seer Trane systems, significantly less than our best other quote for a similar lesser brand system. All communications with the office smooth & friendly. On installation day--seven guys in four trucks at 7:55 AM led by Billie & Zack Smith, accomplishing a double installation, including a cramped attic air handler, smoothly and out by 3:00 PM...all cleaned up, everything working, and no payment necessary until several days later when C.J. came by to check the systems. First year--free service, & 15 year warranties. We're happy & relieved to have found the AAA people. They modestly say that all their franchises work the same. Our Thanks to all of them.
