AAA Heating & Air, LLC. 844 Founders Rd, Lexington, SC 29073 just now It all started with a phone call to AAA Heating& Air, then a few days later a visit by Mike the Salesman, Then a few days later on a Wednesday the crew (Nick and too tell u the truth I forgot his name, Sorry)showed up with everything they needed. Took my old system out and put the new one in. By 3:00pm they were done. Cleaned up after themselves checked the system out one more time too make sure it was working. On Friday Rusty showed up and the first thing he did was take down the panel that I had used with the old one!. Leaving a big gaping hole were the old unit was!. I said that ain’t gonna work!. First when my wife comes home she’s gonna say “Oh heck know” and kick me outta the house. So Rusty said he would help me come up with something that won’t get me kicked out the house. Well together we came up putting a metal grille on the large flat panel right in front of where the air grille was on the new door. Worked great and didn’t interfere with the air flow because this new unit required Hugh amounts of air flow to make it as energy efficient and less noisy then before. Well I knew that would be wife approved immediately. Happy wife happy life! It was a Hugh pleasure working with Mike,Rusty,and The Crew. Not to mention the office personal at AAA Heating & Air in Lexington,SC. Wanted to also point out how attention to detail they were. For instance they looked through my pile of broken bricks to find just the one they needed to close up the hole in the brick wall were the old unit was because I had the new unit put in a different location on the end of the house. At the new location they cut a nice neat square hole in the brick wall and once the line set , 120volt cable and Thermostat wire were through and hooked up to the new unit Nick put a bunch of silicone all in the hole all around the wires and such so that they wouldn’t rub against the brick hole. They even suspended the entire line set, wires etc. from the metal beams under the house so that they weren’t on the ground!. I’m 68 years old and have not seen that kind of attention to detail as I have experienced with AAA Heating & Air LLC in Lexington, SC. Great Job Guys! Thanks everyone!. Overall rating of "Liked" because of lack of communication by office. I called and scheduled an appointment for the next day "between 9 am and 1 pm". Around 3 pm I got a call from Technician TJ saying he was on his way. I asked him why he didn't come between 9 and 1 like I was promised and he said his schedule showed my appointment between 1 and 5 pm. After following up with the office I found out two technicians had called out sick that morning and so they had to move my schedule from 9-1 to 1-5. BUT NO ONE at AAA called me to tell me this - Simple Customer communication! So early impression of AAA was "Disliked." However, the professionalism, care, and technical knowledge shown by my technician TJ Keisler was outstanding! Not only did he troubleshoot the problem to the proper bad component, he also received and installed the part a day before we were promised. So we will use AAA again. We'll see if they can keep my scheduled time and move the rating up to "Loved."

All the guys I interacted with were extremely professional, easy to work with and talk to and they installed my HVAC in a very short time. It is working beautifully now and I am warm and comfortable. Thankyou all., I would recommend you to anyone that is needing any type HVAC service. Very good company and I believe they are honest and very dependable. I have high praises for all of them.
