We called AAA to come out and give us a diagnostic on our A/C issue. After 20 minutes of being outside at our unit, our technician Jeremiah comes back in and tells us what the problem was but also proceeds to tell us that our total for the service and repair was $229. We were never given the opportunity to say we would or wouldn’t like the repair done that day. We may not have been able to pay for the repair that day and just needed to know how much it would cost for a date. It was very unprofessional to just fix something when we originally asked for a diagnosis in the first place.

The team that worked on my home was very professional. They replaced the entire A/C System in one day. Split unit and the entire duct system. They cleaned up after themselves and every thing is working great. I'm very pleased with the service!

AAA came by the house and replaced the A/C system in less than 2 hours. That was a very fast service. Unfortunately, the new A/C was having issues with my old system that stayed I place, but AAA came back as many times as needed to find the issue. My A/C and heat (as temperatures in April are swinging from 80s to 50s) are both now up and running smoothly. Solid service, and I was sold on the 15 warranty.

Great Service with Scott and Inspection with Joey. Everyone else wanted to charge me $15,000 for installing me a heat and air unit. But AAA knew my situation and made it affordable for me to finally live comfortably. It was affordable and convenient. They blessed me. Thank you AAA.
