There are three main types of upgrades that qualify for Dominion Rebates.
We have laid out the basic details below to help you with requesting these rebates. We will help with all the forms needed to make the application as easy as possible. Please download the form from the links below. Fill in your part and upload it back to us with the upload section at the bottom of this page. We will fill out the remainder of the information and submit it to Dominion for you.
By replacing your older, less efficient equipment with ENERGY STAR® qualified equipment, you can:
IMPORTANT NOTICE: As of January 1, 2023, the Department of Energy and ENERGY STAR® have updated their minimum efficiency standards for new HVAC equipment. The Dominion Energy South Carolina Heating & Cooling Rebate Program has always aligned with ENERGY STAR®, and as a result, have adjusted our rebate eligibility requirements accordingly. Please download the new application for equipment that was installed on or after January 1, 2023.
Upload your rebate form here with all of your account information filled in. We will fill in the rest and email all the required documentation to Dominion on your behalf.
