Billy Smith was wonderful! Our unit went out over the weekend prior to extremely cold weather setting in. They came out on Sunday, December 31 to install our new unit. We appreciate them taking time out of a Sunday and New Year's Eve to ensure we had our new unit installed. AAA has been wonderful so far in keeping us informed. I contacted AAA to install a new heat pump to replace my old furnace. the turn around was in a timely manner and the service was very professional. the salesman did a wonderful job explaining the unit and pricing. I purchased the unit about two weeks ago.
