I pleasantly enjoyed Calvin and his crew. They came on time and kept me updated with everything that was going on with the install. They all were very nice and respectful when it came down to bringing in equipment to do the install by laying down tarps so that my floors won't get damage. Calvin's crew arrived within 30 minutes of their appointment time and worked until the unit was replaced and working properly. They installed the unit, a new thermostat, and two new air return frames and filters. They answered all our questions and instructed on proper operation of the unit.

Wow! I have not had service this good in years. Rusty Crider was our comfort advisor and he impressed me with his level of professionalism, knowledge, and honesty. Simply put AAA Heating & Air are good folks from the Techs to the Owners and they have gained a new customer today.

We were "limping along" during the very cold winter of 2018 with a 20 yr. old Heat Pump and we decided it was time to make a change.
