5.0 star rating 12/30/2017 First to Review on Yelp I contacted AAA Heating and Air on Saturday before New Year's Eve about 12:45 PM. Cust rep Dana told me that Billy Smith would be at my location between 3 - 5 PM. Billy called me about 2:15 PM and said he was on the way and arrived about 10 minutes early which was great. I explained to him that my fan motor was running continuously even when the thermostat was turned off. He verified that the thermostat was working properly and then went to the unit. He told me that it might be a cracked heat exchanger as my unit is almost 13 years old but reset the flame rollout switch and started the furnace. After closely inspecting the other components and observing the furnace in operation he concluded that the furnace was operating without problems. Before leaving he explained that I might have to replace the flame rollout switch later but adjusted the position of that switch to give a little more space and ran the furnace through three stop start cycles to be sure that the unit was still functioning properly. He was very professional and extremely helpful while explaining the basic function of three of the components flame rollout switch, fan inducer motor and fan and the heat exchanger. He also shared information about replacement units and advised me about the maintenance yearly contract option. He carefully explained the difference and features of 14 SEER units and 16 SEER units for any future purchases. This time the repair was nothing major but now I know the unit will be heating the house during this next week which is projected to be the coldest temperatures we have experienced in this heating season. Before he left he made sure that the inside temperature of the house was still rising to the set temperature on the thermostat. I was very pleased with the promptness on a holiday weekend and the quick and timely service call. Billy Smith and AAA Heating and Air made my weekend much less worrisome as I did not want water pipes to freeze etc. It was great to be able to get such a quick response on very short notice. I definitely recommend AAA Heating and Air to anyone that has HVAC needs.

the techs that installed my inside unit done an excellent job. answered all my question and explained any concerns i had.very pleased with there work and performance. thank you Calvin and his helper (sorry i forgot his name). but they did excellent work.

My unit was installed today and I am very pleased! Eddie did a very thorough explanation of the estimate, and Calvin did an excellent job with the installation.

Billy Smith came out to our house on Saturday to give us an estimate. He was very courteous and helped us tremendously. We were approved within an hour for a new heating unit and he made sure all of our needs were met. 5 starts for Billy. Thank you

On November 21, we received excellent maintenance service for our heating and air system . Rusty Crider was the comfort advisor who explained each of the services in a helpful way.. He was courteous and efficient in his work. Eventhough this was the first time we met him, the AAA service has been consistentlyl good over the 4 years that we have been a customer..

AAA has been a blessing to me. My HVAC was on it's last leg. I saw the commercial on TV and gave them a call. They scheduled an appointment with me and I had a new HVAC within 2 days. The installment was fast and the crew did an excellent job. I had my second scheduled HVAC checkup today, done by Rusty Crider. He was right on time for my appointment, very friendly, gave me very good advise about extending the life of my system. Really appreciated his help. So nice to not worry about heating and air conditioning. I leave I to AAA
