jason finley came out sept 23 to evaluate my AC. he was very thorough and efficient. he diagnosed the system and suggested several solutions. jason was very courteous and helpful. i am waiting to hear from from my homeowner policy before i can procede with repairs. so far, i'm very satisfied with AAA. i signed up for a maintenance contract with AAA.

The above 4 stars is solely in regards to Rusty and Michael. Several technicians had been dispatched to my house on several different occasions regarding a new unit not blowing cold air throughout the house, with inside temperatures reaching 80+ on a daily basis. After several calls and technicians blaming the issue on anything from duct work to windows, Rusty came out and discovered the issue nearly immediately, and had Michael come out that same day to fix the problem. Turned out the crossover was laying on the ground, and apparently had been for some time. I wish I could say AAA as a company deserves a rave review, but it is only because of the hard work and attentiveness of these two men that I am writing a positive, instead of negative, review.

Called this morning in a panic because we have company coming in from CA. AAA came out today and was on time!!! The appt person said she knew this was important to us and I liked her down to earth attitude. We like friendly service people who come across very honest and that's what we got today when Jason Finley and David Jenkins showed up at our home. They were both very professional, homed right in on the problem and we felt....DID NOT OVER CHARGE US. This is the third time we have used AAA and a friend referred them to us. Guys, we are going to need a new unit when we move to the condo next year. Pencil us in, thanks.

Calvin’s crew did a awesome job installing new unit and duct work. They were very professional. Would highly recommend these guys.

Mr Roy Cunningham came out to give us a free estimate. He arrived in a timely manner, was extremely polite and very helpful with questions and concerns. He is the first service call provider that actually wore shoe/boot covers on our carpet. We appreciate him for doing that. We have a 10 month old that crawls around on our floor, so keeping shoes off the carpet is important to me. This was a pleasant quick estimate.

Today was my second time calling on AAA reason why I love there service I wouldn't put any other company before them I love there work.

I just wanted to say that I am very pleased with the service that I have been provided by AAA Heating & Air. The installation by Calvin's crew was remarkable from beginning to end. The install didn't take much time and they explained things in detail and answered any questions that I had. Thanks for the prompt service.

Update...One year later, my electric & Gas bill has gone from $214 last January to $123 this January!!! AAA's energy efficiency estimated savings was "right on the money." As usual, AAA Heating & Air came to our rescue! Freezing, with no heat at 6:00AM, I called AAA immediately; I wouldn't even consider calling anyone else. Michael arrived early, which is usually the case with AAA. He diagnosed/repaired the problem and we had heat again in no time. Since my furnace is quite old, I decided to go ahead and replace the whole system. Michael was friendly, professional and patient; he not only answered all my questions but answered them in a way that I could understand. AAA financed the replacement at a great rate and will be installing our new system day after tomorrow. Thank you, AAA for always being there for us!

Here is my public confession for today. While receiving notice of a power failure at my home today, I reacted out of my foolish pride and wrongfully accused AAA Heating & Air of poor workmanship. They came out and together we found the problem. IT WAS NOT THERE ERROR but rather the 47 year old panel in my home. I truly do believe in transparency and accountability so going through todays events with AAA H&A I learned a profound lesson of truth and honor. It was taught to me by the unsung hero of my prejudice, The owner of AAA H&A!!! Not only did he stand in the gap for the integrity of his Brother/Company he also humbled himself and replaced my broken Electric breaker so that I wouldn’t harm my home or self at NO COST to me whatsoever!! It has pleased The Lord to present me with this opportunity to receive AAA Heating & Air’s kind, and graceful rebuke and I’m humbled by their grace toward me in-spite of my poor management of their relationship. My error is clear and I APOLOGIZE for being so reactive. I’m forever in-debt to AAA H&A. Customer Service has never been more honorable than what I saw today from this company.
