More than a year ago we switched to AAA and had C.J. Hall install two 16 Seer units for less than the price two 14 Seer units that we'd been quoted. Installation was smooth and all has worked well since...6 month service calls were problem free. Now C.J. has put a small 16 Seer unit into our basement--again for less cost that we'd been quoted for the 14 Seer unit--again a very smooth installation. We continue to be very happy with AAA and have saved money by going with them. BTW, the 16 Seer units do make a difference--in heating efficiency and costs, and if you can get them for less than what others charge for lesser units...it's a great deal.

Had a few problems that needed to be worked out. The owner, service men and supervisors were quick to come and more than helped get me satisfied. A bunch of great people. Even the office staff are there for you. They did moisture barrier and one manager even put a few screws in my screendoor!!!! I won't hesitate to call if I need them. Only hugs here.. b,s,

Jayson was great. He came out to “fix” my HVAC system and boy was he surprised to see an AMANA unit that was ATLEAST 25years old. He was very well versed on what could/should happen to get us to the 21st century, LOL. The next few steps were effortless due to the awesome folks we had interaction with. The install was completed quickly and then an inspection. Inspector - Jayson came back out and gave us a thumbs up. The next thing is what really prompted this review. My house is well on its way to being a SMART HOUSE, but you know what they say : only as smart as the user. Jayson stayed almost an hour helping me to connect my new thermostat to ALEXA and it wasn’t that easy (networks, etc.) but he was determined to get it and HE DID SHOUT OUT to AAA Heat&Air Thanks Jayson

Jason came out to the house to repair my heat issue and quote a new system. Not only was he punctual, he was early and rescheduled for an hour earlier! This is fantastic! He was very personable, explained everything and made recommendations that made sense. Thank you, Jason!

jason finley came out sept 23 to evaluate my AC. he was very thorough and efficient. he diagnosed the system and suggested several solutions. jason was very courteous and helpful. i am waiting to hear from from my homeowner policy before i can procede with repairs. so far, i'm very satisfied with AAA. i signed up for a maintenance contract with AAA.
