Calvin's crew arrived within 30 minutes of their appointment time and worked until the unit was replaced and working properly. They installed the unit, a new thermostat, and two new air return frames and filters. They answered all our questions and instructed on proper operation of the unit.

Wow! I have not had service this good in years. Rusty Crider was our comfort advisor and he impressed me with his level of professionalism, knowledge, and honesty. Simply put AAA Heating & Air are good folks from the Techs to the Owners and they have gained a new customer today.

Roy and Dana Finley with AAA Heating and Air and all of their employees has been a wonderful company for us. We were "limping along" during the very cold winter of 2018 with a 20 yr. old Heat Pump and we decided it was time to make a change. From the outset with our initial meeting with Brandon Sturkie and his explanation of the various options available to us we could tell there was a company culture that said we want to do all that we can to take care of your issues. Once the decision was made on the unit to be installed, the administrative personnel and all of the installers displayed tremendous professionalism, caring and neatness that Betty and myself really appreciated. Paul, Omar, Mark and Joe could not have been more punctual and complete in their installation. The follow-up inspection done by Roy Cunningham, the Company Manager reinforced in our minds that we had selected the right company for our new heat pump installation and future maintenance.
