Called to schedule turn-off of gas and removal of gas line to our fireplace. Received same day service. Technician called to inform me of his pending arrival. He explained what this entailed and completed the job in about an hour.

This is now the third visit to repair my old doublewide AC this year(contractor#109890 name unknown)but I want to commend the tech who worked on my unit same guy all 3 times,He is very professional & knowable,fast & friendly!loved his work & that he wore a mask for my safty,I don’t rate people till now,am 67 & worked with AT&T as a Tech till retiring so I know a great tech when I see one,believe me he is one of the best & now my church uses AAA for all their services too.will defiantly Recommend AAA to all my friends & associates !thanks for being fast & reasonably priced!you made my day,being so hot realy needed quick service for my family & you ware there!

Installers did a great job, created a second return air, so it was a lengthy process. It was late afternoon when they left going to another job. Wrong thermostat was installed for unit causing the compressor to not come on. When I called about 5:30-6:00, there was some one here to fix the issue within 15 minutes. The next morning , the correct thermostat was installed and it has been nice and cool since.
