For customers with a beacon score of 500 - 650 we have to start to look at DTI (Debt To Income) ratio. In most cases we will be able to get you a standard term loan for up to 60 months.
Highly Challenged BuyersOkay... now this is where we separate ourselves from all the other companies out there. If you have been turned down for credit we are the place for you. We have an option that will allow us to finance a new HVAC system for you reguardless of your credit. The entire process is based on the strength of your application. As long as your name is on the deed of your home and your are not currently under a bankruptcy you will qualify for an offer from us. If you have had a recent bankruptcy you must have been out from under it for at least 24 months.
