Good price, good equipment, good installation. Because they were very busy, they were a day late on installation and the communication could have been better. However, once they came they stayed until the system was installed and in working order. The employees were very friendly and worked hard on the installation which was somewhat difficult.

This company has been the best!!! My AC died on a Friday. I called around 3-4pm and they came out SAME day at 6pm! They are very prompt. Both technicians were competent and professional! I've needed services 3 times, even on a weekend and EVERY time the problem was addressed properly with no extra weekend charges. This company stands behind their services and they do not Nickel and dime you. You know exactly what your costs will be up front before anything is done. Thank you a thousand times for your good service and honest business. Every person I've dealt with at this company in person or on the phone was nice and professional! They responded the same night I requested the service online. The repair man came on time and fixed the problem in less than a hour. Everything was explained to me about the problem and what he checked. The price of the service was an amazing deal. I would recommend them.

Jim (supervisor) is always so helpful and friendly. He gave us a good quote on a new condenser, because our's had been crushed by a tree that fell on it. Jim wrote up an estimate for the insurance adjuster. He also gave us advice on some future projects that was honest and helpful. His crew was courteous, prompt, and got the new condenser installed quickly. They all made the bad situation much easier to deal with. Thanks!

A BIG SHOUT OUT TO AAA Heating & Air, LLC. Our home air conditioner went out last night. Daves called AAA after 9:00 pm last night and talked to Roy to see if they could come out today to check our AC. They not only came out today and checked it out. They got it fixed. A special thank-you to Jeremiah the AAA technician that was out in the heat for us today and for the person working Dispatch for getting us on the schedule today. As all of you probably know, it is Not a good day in SC when you have no AC and the temps are 100 degrees plus. THANKS AGAIN AAA Heating & AIr, LLC. Y'all are the BEST in HVAC.

Two days ago My Hvac unit went on strike. I didnt know what to do I thought it was just the rain or something else. I called all around and got some rude calls or people who were in a rush. I called AAA and I talk to Dana and she didnt have to but she went above and beyond she even waited while i had to take another call now that service. She sent out a technician by the name of Jeremiah couldnt ask for better service. He show me what the problem was didnt rush was a great experience. I just want to say it doesnt matter if you got big advertising or commercial it how you make the customer feel. I say AAA you are spot on. Thanks Robert Woods
