AAA Heating and Air was top notch. Was told that the job would take 5 hours, and they were finished in 2 hours and 20 minutes. System is working great. Definitely 5 Stars,

Service was great, installer and salesperson should communicate, or have the installer onsite to ensure all of the materials are in hand, yes I would recommend this company to family and friends.

Stellar service and technician. Jeremiah went step by step to explain everything he was going to do, did, and recommends should be done. He took time to answer questions and was a consummate professional!

I was very pleased with the technician. He washed the coils on my units even though you do not instruct them to do so. I find that strange that your company doesn't use Nu Calgon or other types of coil cleaner on your coils. I've been in the industry for 28 plus years even if a coil doesn't look dirty it is, single or double stacked I somewhat get not putting gauges on units due to refrigerant loss but simply checking capacitors ( which could be good today bad tomorrow) and changing filters and taking a suction and discharge line surface temperature seems very minimal to me. Low loss fittings on gauges can reduce refrigerant loss to a minimum. That combined with temperature readings will let you know your true superheat/subcooling and give you a better understanding of unit function. Again I was very pleased with the technician. He is doing what he was trained to do. I just expected a more technical PM. Again technician was polite and seemed knowledgeable. So please dont get on him. It's only I expected more.
