They were very good overall. Everything was completed in one day. however, to install the handler, ceiling tiles had to be removed. Many of them were broken or cracked. Also, some of the metal pieces were bent or broken. Pictures were taken, but no one has called to make arrangements to replace/fix the tiles etc..

Travis was so professional and explained everything very well. I felt that he took the time to make sure our unit was fixed and maintained. We appreciate good trustworthy service! A+ for AAA!
