So I'm in the drive through at McDonald's. The person beside me completes their order before mine, so I wave them ahead. No need to confuse the McDonald's employees. Now imagine my utter lack of shock and surprise when I hear some redneck scream, 'I can't get breakfast because some dickhead is waving people ahead of him!' He was driving one of your trucks, and did, indeed, look like a pasty faced redneck that needed both teeth slapped out. Had I been in a less than stellar mood, that would be your corporate image right now. Please warn your employees that screaming obscenities from your company vehicles is unacceptable. Thank you.

Tj came and worked on my gas burners on my ac unit and he was very nice and thorough with making sure he knew what was wrong and how to fix it. I had a horrible experience with ARS last winter trying to fix my heat and Tj came and fixed it all in under a week. I will never use anyone else besides y'all ever again! Thank you.

Called to schedule turn-off of gas and removal of gas line to our fireplace. Received same day service. Technician called to inform me of his pending arrival. He explained what this entailed and completed the job in about an hour.
