Everyone was fantastic. It all started with speaking to Samantha, so pleasant and courteous. Then Chuck came out to measure and find the perfect unit for our needs, very professional and accommodating. The installation was great, Carl had Hunter did an excellent job in the 100 degree heat. Roland came out the next day to inspect the work, friendly and patient with answers to all our questions. A truly professional team. Would recommend AAA to anyone.

I cannot speak about all there technicians, but Shannon was a breath of fresh air. After reaching out to another local company, we felt something was off, so we decided to opt for a second opinion. Within 15 minutes, Shannon was able to determine the issue and was very transparent about cost, time and expectations. He was also down to earth and was not pushing anything, just the facts. I found that to be very honest. I wish we would have call them first. Thanks team!

We had Sammy come out and do our consultation and give us an estimate. He was incredibly honest kind and hospitable to us and this company has been awesome from start to finish. Sammy has been available to answer all our questions from the beginning. On a tight budget we still got an incredible deal for a brand new heating and air total system. Vincent and Jarvis were our installation technicians and we are so impressed by their work and couldn’t recommend them enough as well, they were so efficient and communicative and kind. The fact they made this 1905 built house have a brand new functioning and awesome hvac vent and duct and all in 1 day ! Also I will say the staff in the office I’ve spoken to on the phone has been very kind and helpful. This whole company and its customer service is a 10/10!!!

From the moment I went on line to get a quote this has been a great experience. We needed a whole new system installed. Everything was taken care of in two days flat. I would definitely recommend this service and would highly request that you use Alex. I've been with this company for quite some time, but he's the best technician!!! He cleaned my unit and shared pertinent information about preventative measures to keep it running much longer. Alex is my new HVAC technician!

Charles and Robert are the best. They were professional and patiently to all of our concerns. They quickly found the problem, explained it to us and then made the necessary repairs at a great price. Brian was very knowledgeable and professional. He even showed me some things that I wasn't aware of with my unit. I decided to plan ahead and get my unit serviced for the winter also. I hope they send Brian again but I'm sure everyone at AAA Heating and Air air knowledgeable and professional judging from the ease of setting up the appointment and the timely manner that Brian showed up. He was even early!! It took 4 days for the internet guy to come to my home eventhough they set the initial appointment time!!!

Excellent customer service. Ordered a mini split unit on Thursday and it was installed the next day (Friday). Their QA team member arrived on Monday three days after the install to inspect the installation and do another maintenance check on the unit. Everything is working as it should. I’ve decided to use AAA to perform semiannual inspections on all three of my units. Thank you for your service and support.

The technician, Shaun, was excellent in communicating on his procedures and what he was going to perform before he started. His expertise was dynamic and his customer service was above and beyond the norm. My family was very pleased with his warm personality and he didn’t disrupt the flow at own home. AAA Heating & Air's Electrical Division replaced broken light fixtures, and installed new GFCI outlets in my kitchen as the old ones would constantly flip and go offline which would kill the entire circuit. Now, I have sufficient light, and reliable outlets. Jacob was on time, worked quickly, and behaved professionally. What more could I possibly ask for. Thank you AAA Heating & Air...!!!

Samantha in the office was fantastic. She prioritized our needs and was able to get us service on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. Was not expecting that. Our technicians name was Rock. He had been very busy before us but still took the time to go above and beyond to make sure all was right on the A/C system. We are extremely satisfied.
